What is CargoMaster?
This is the CargoMaster electric stair climber, which has been specially designed for transporting heavy items such as washing machines, boilers or photocopiers up and down stairs.
How much weight can these devices support?
That depends on the model. From 120 kg to 400 kg.
Are the steps protected against damage?
Yes, the mechanical safety brakes stop automatically at the edge of every step, and the materials used for the wheels and climbing feet are chosen to protect floor coverings.
How long does the battery last?
The range varies depending on the load and model. Versions equipped with the AMPShare battery system (Li-ion) allow for quick battery changes.
Are spare parts or a repair service available?
Yes, we supply spare parts and offer a comprehensive repair service.
Are there any accessories available?
For example, there are standard shovels in various sizes. Special brackets for washing machines and tumble dryers, as well as supports for round containers such as barrels and gas cylinders.

What about the charging technology?
In addition to standard chargers, car charging cables (12 V / 24 V) are also available for charging the device whilst driving.
What types of tyres are available?
A choice of pneumatic tyres or puncture-proof tyres, for example in grey for leaving no marks on sensitive surfaces.
What about the warranty?
AAT generally provides a one-year warranty on the device (excluding wear parts). Lead-acid batteries often come with a six-month warranty, provided they are properly maintained.
